In the days of Disco, the female-led guitar-driven band A Taste Of Honey received a crash course in the potential of the hit single when their very first recording, Boogie Oogie Oogie, hit the top of the charts around the world. Both Single and Album were certified Platinum in the USA and Gold in the United Kingdom and Japan. As a result, Hazel Payne and A Taste Of Honey went on to nab the prestigious Grammy Award for Best New Artist of the Year.

Hazel presently spends her time touring the globe back to her roots performing jazz in various casinos, theatres, 5 star hotels and for corporate events.
