The Artist

She fell in love with music at first sound. Finding her voice was like discovering what freedom feels like for the first time. Born in Kwa-Thema, a township in the East of Johannesburg. Mbali Siluma found a traveling ticket through her powerful voice and in the love of music. She has been blessed to perform in Turkey, Dubai, Qatar, Germany, Amsterdam, Nigeria and few other African countries, just to name the least. Mbali performed original music as well as cover music and in theatres.

She is currently working on her firs official project, due mid 2021 and has two singles out already, “I Can’t Breathe” a singe out in July 2020 and “ Summer Days” a single out in February 2021.

Aspirations
To perform for the world through the major platforms including Broadway, The New Orleans Jazz Festival and to work with and learn from the most accomplished artists and producers of this world.

The Music
Originally, “Summer Days” was not a song, Mbali was inspired when She saw a passage that a friend of hers had written, entitled “Summer Days”, the passage was an expression of how we, as people love each other when things are going well and as soon as something goes wrong we wanna move on... “I felt like it’s something people would wanna hear and came up with the melody“ Mbali says.
