From his humble beginnings in Havana playing alongside The Buena Vista Social Clubs's Omara Portuondo, Giovany Arteaga has emerged from his Latin roots to become one of the most exciting and singular voices on today’s jazz scene.

Giovany is a streetwise, university-educated jazzman extraordinaire, and his musical journey has seen him record and play with some of the world’s best jazz musicians.
