Justin Lee Schultz is a 18-year-old South African–born multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer who has been based in the United States for the past 10 years. Recognized as one of the most exciting young musicians of his generation, Justin has built an international reputation for his exceptional musicality and versatility. He has taken social media by storm with over 80 MILLION combined video views on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.

Justin began playing piano at the age of five and quickly developed into a gifted multi-instrumentalist, performing on piano, keyboard, guitar, saxophone, trumpet, and bass. In addition to his instrumental abilities, he is also a vocalist, songwriter, and producer, creating and producing his own music while bringing an energetic performance style that even includes a little dancing on stage.

At the age of 12, he signed his first recording contract and releasing his freshman jazz album Gruv Kid. On January 16, 2021, his single "Just In" taken from the album featuring Grammy Award winning saxophonist Gerald Albright and Pieces of a Dream reached #9 on the Billboard Smooth Jazz Airplay Chart. This was a historical FIRST for a jazz pianist of his age from South Africa. The song was also listed at #1 on Apple Music's Smooth Jazz Cruise playlist.

Justin has shared the stage and collaborated with legendary artists including Stevie Wonder, Jon Batiste, Marcus MillerPJ Morton, and Sheila E., to name a few. His performances have taken him to some of the world’s most prestigious stages and festivals, including the Montreux Jazz Festival (Miami), Java Jazz Festival (Jakarta) and Monterey Jazz Festival (California).

In an era where technology is often crowned “king,” Justin is here to remind the world that music still lives and breathes through real instruments, live performance, and unfiltered human emotion. Jazz is the foundation - everything else is an evolution.

Justin had the privilege and honor to personally be invited by the legendary Quincy Jones to perform privately at his home which has been one of the highlights of his young career.

Raised on jazz and shaped by deep musical roots, Justin blends R&B, pop, and soul with virtuosic musicianship and modern production. A multi-instrumentalist, singer, and producer, he bridges timeless musicality with contemporary sound.

His latest sophomore album entitled "Just in The Moment" has received positive reviews and includes guest performances by Robert Glasper, Dave Koz and Richard Elliot. In September 2025 he released his first R&B single titled “Toxic Love for You”, and he will release his upcoming single “Tattoo in My Mind” on March 25.
