Mayday is based in Antalya, Turkey and the band collectively and individually has toured internationally in Dubai, Germany, South Korea, Greece, Oman, Cyprus, Mexico, U.S.A., China and Guatemala performing in 5 star hotel and for special events.
The song "Belly Dancer" was an original recording by Mayday which was chosen as the official song for the "2013 FIBA Euro Challenge Final Four" which receive a lot of media attention due to the release of the track and a music video.
Mayday is a band with a very unique style and knows how to get a party started. The band consists of Alper Gercel (vocalist/guitarist), Victoria Romanenko (trumpet/vocalist), Buket Turkmen (bass guitar), Sonay Guner (guitar/back vocals), Tolga Caliskan (Drums) and Anastasia Telychko (vocals).
