Born in Havana Laritza began her artistic life at five years old when she first stepped on stage to sing "The Little Mermaid" theme of a Disney movie. She graduated from Manuel Saumel Music School and the William Thomas Music School where she trained as an accompanist.

 

The music comes from family tradition as Laritza is the daughter of Ernesto Bacallao and granddaughter of Felo Bacallao, renown singers and members of Orquesta Aragon. In her career as a vocalist, she has performed at numerous events in Cuba, received rave review of here participation in several editions of the Festival Boleros de Oro.

 

Laritza made her first international tour in Japan to present the show "Tropical Cuba". She has worked with Osmany Garcia, Paulo FG among others.
