Latin n' Soul Take Manhattan is a new musical production based in Montreal Quebec, Canada featuring 22 of the city’s finest talent on stage delivering a sizzling hot performance of Latin, Soul, R&B, Reggaeton and Dance hits. A “salute” to New York the city that never sleeps and media capital of the world!

Latin n' Soul Take Manhattan was originally created for a major fundraising event for the Jewish General Hospital Foundation with the proceeds benefiting Women's Health Care initiatives. Initially the production was to be held at Place des Arts (performing arts centre), with a full audience in attendance. However, as fate would have it, COVID-19 health regulations altered those plans and the production transitioned into a “Musical Concert in Film” and was recorded at the venue with no audience.

 

The film premiered on October 7, 2021, in Cinemas Guzzo, a prominent regional chain of movie theaters located in the province of Quebec. This was the FIRST time a Canadian musical production of its kind had a debut performance introduced to the public in a cinematic format. The film was also streamed internationally and viewed in 16 countries which included the U.S.A, Japan, France, U.K., Australia, UAE, Spain amongst others.

​Latin n' Soul Take Manhattan was a resounding success helping to raise over $2 million for a noteworthy cause.
