April Ellington and Edward Ellington Jr. “Heirs To The Jazz Throne” take you on a musical tour from the time when music was music and elegance the fare of the day, and transports you to now! Today! ​Frequently referred to as "Entertainers Extraordinaire”, they have performed extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Canada, and South America.


Live performances range from classical and sacred concerts to international jazz festivals, corporate events and fundraisers. Renditions of jazz, pop and international rhythms are enhanced by their musical group, which ranges from 6 pieces to a full orchestra.

The Savoy Ellingtons performed at a private V.I.P. reception for President Barack Obama's Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C. They were also Producer's of “An Evening With Smokey Robinson” for the Duke Ellington School of The Arts which was held at the Kennedy Center.

They have performed with artists such as Duke Ellington, Stevie Wonder, Stanley Clarke, Branford Marsalis, Nancy Sinatra, George Duke, Jeffrey Osborne and others.
